Cancellation Information
CHECK-IN and DEPARTURE TIMES : Unless otherwise agreed, check-in time shall be after 15:00 and departure time shall be 10:30am. Where continued occupancy is required you may be charged one full night's rate, or part thereof. PLEASE NOTE: Reception closes at 6:00pm. If you require a late check in please contact us directly.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: All rates and packages are current at the time of publication however must be confirmed at the time of booking. To confirm your reservation we request you provide credit card details. No charges will be made against this card until checkout, or unless our cancellation policy is applied.
CREDIT CARD FEES: 1. Please note that from 1st MAY 2024 there will be a 2.5% credit card surcharge added to the account total for CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS USING: VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX (We only accept these three cards.) THIS ALSO INCLUDES PAYWAVE TRANSACTIONS. 2. There is no surcharge fee for PRE-PAID bookings through a booking provider (i.e. Booking.com, Expedia). 3. There is no surcharge for a pre-agreed bank transfer which has cleared into our account pre-check-in (Bank feed: ANZ: 06-0122-0849088-00. Ref: Your Surname). 4. There is no surcharge for EFTPOS payments or cash payments. 5. For direct bookings through our website, email or phone bookings we take your credit card to confirm the booking but we do not charge the card until the day of check-in/arrival on site. This type of payment still incurs a 2.5% surcharge as described in point 1.
CANCELLATION FEES / POLICY: No fee is payable if cancellation is made more than 14-days prior to the check-in date. If a cancellation is made inside the 14-days to check-in period, 50% of the total stay cost is payable. Wherever possible and agreeable we will try to move a booking date to accommodate any issues that may arise. A 'no-show' will incur 100% of the total booking cost. Cancelling the stay within 24-hours of the booking date (without prior approval at the businesses discretion) is considered a 'no-show'.
